- Throughout the day present commonly used objects in the vicinity of where they are typically used (e.g., give a telephone, a spoon, a cup, a key, a remote control).
- Actual objects are often more appealing than toys. Use actual objects where appropriate (e.g., a spoon, a broken phone receiver, etc.).
